Feature Update

We’re excited to introduce a new set of features designed to enhance your Cloudspaces with improved security, streamlined processes, and time-saving tools. Whether you’re managing connections between Cloudspaces, providing secure access, or deploying virtual machines at scale, these updates are all about making your work easier and safer.

WireGuard for Connected Cloudspaces

This features allows you to establish point-to-point encrypted tunnels between multiple Cloudspaces using a streamlined VPN configuration. Leveraging WireGuard’s lightweight protocol, this feature enables secure communication across distributed environments with minimal overhead. The tunnel encrypts all data between Cloudspaces, ensuring confidentiality and integrity, making it ideal for scenarios requiring secure cross-cloud communication, such as multi-region deployments or hybrid cloud architectures.

VPN access to Cloudspaces via WireGuard

This feature enables secure, remote access to your Cloudspaces from any location. By leveraging WireGuard’s modern VPN architecture, this feature establishes an encrypted connection that protects sensitive data during transit. With a lightweight design, WireGuard ensures minimal latency while maintaining robust security. This feature is ideal for remote teams or administrators who need to manage Cloudspaces securely over potentially untrusted networks, providing both simplicity and high-performance in managing remote access.

Bulk VM creation

This streamlines the provisioning of multiple virtual machines simultaneously, ideal for environments requiring rapid scaling or the deployment of large clusters. This feature automates the creation of VMs, handling configuration tasks such as network settings, disk allocations, and image selections in parallel. By reducing the manual overhead, it ensures efficient resource deployment while maintaining consistency across instances. This capability is essential for deploying infrastructure at scale, ensuring faster execution with minimal operational complexity.

Rancher version controller

Now users can specify the Rancher version when creating a new management cluster. This flexibility enables users to select a version that aligns with their infrastructure requirements or to maintain consistency across different environments. Additionally, users can now upgrade existing management clusters to a different Rancher version, ensuring that clusters remain up-to-date with the latest features and security improvements. This feature simplifies cluster management and enhances control over versioning in dynamic environments.

Localization is live!

You’ll be able to use the portal in French, Dutch, and Spanish, making it easier to navigate in your preferred language. If you spot an error, simply click the 語 button at the top right. This will highlight all translatable text. Select the translation you want to see improved and a suggestion box will pop up. Your feedback helps us make this experience better for eveyone and we thank you for your support 🖤
